jumping into june

I can't seem to get over how fast time is flying by. I'm starting to get excited because I will be taking a vacation home to see my family. eep! As soon as my passport arrives I'm booking my flight and taking off for a few weeks. Mmm I can taste the poutine and Booster Juice already *drool*
While waiting in Target this weekend I noticed Starbucks had a new add for their Strawberry Frappuccino's and I fell in love. The colours are so fresh and fun and knew that I wanted to create a page with this in mind. Not to mention that I've been craving a strawberry frapp since Monday. Those will be my downfall they are so delicious!
Here's my creation...
At first I wasn't too sure about it, I mean it's so not my style if I even have a style per se but after I walked away and came back to it and I have to say, I really liked it. I guess it grew on me ;o)
I never tried the bubble wrap technique before and I kinda liked it. Along with doubling up on the rub ons. I used the Dear Lizzy phrases and replaced the word "Be" with a bumble bee from her other rub on set.
This week is a short work week and I am already ready for the weekend. Is that even possible? I'm thinking of hitting the beach and enjoying the beautiful weather and sunshine to relax. I know my little beach bum will be for it. I swear it's like she was born for the beach she loves it so much. =)

Stay tuned for some interesting news regarding our new turts. And with this news came a name for our nameless chica.
